- 2024 HOA Dues are $90.00/month. Dues can be paid monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, semi annually or annually. Dues are due the 1st of each month and past due if not received by the 10th of the month in which an automatic $5.00 late fee will be assessed. Late fees do accumulate.
- Property managment will be charging transfer fee's at $250.00/home sale. Transfer fee's are negotiated between buyer and seller as to who pays or how it is split. Escrow will collect.
